Broken Appointment Policy
Effective July 2010
Our team here at Southpoint Family Dentistry is striving to provide the best quality care to our patients. We value you as a patient and are concerned that you receive the necessary treatment in an efficient and timely manner. We will strive to find the best appointment time for you and your family. Missed or Broken Appointments affect many schedules and could be used for another patient in need. We have implemented a new broken appointment fee of $75 for patients that do not give us a sufficient notice of a change in their appointment. If broken appointments occur, in some instances we will be unable to re-appoint you, unless it is the same day. Therefore, we ask that ALL of our patients keep their scheduled appointments. We thank you for your cooperation and gesture of good will.
